Congregate housing(§200-2.1 Town of Greenfield Code)
A building or buildings consisting of independent and semi-independent dwelling units with some shared facilities and services occupied by not more than two (2) residents per dwelling unit, at least one (1) of whom is fifty-five (55) years of age or older, or physically handicapped or disabled.
