Full Time Benefited Position – 37.5 hours

Seeking outgoing, team-oriented individual with a commitment to excellent public service to manage operation of busy Information Services Department.  Requires Master of Library Science (MLS); three years of public library experience in a reference/information services position; demonstrated knowledge of computers and technology; prior supervisory experience required. Includes some evening and weekend hours.

Part Time, 30 hours per week, Benefited Position

Responsible for financial record keeping transactions including accounts payable and accounts receivable; prepare, process, maintain and verify purchasing, financial, budgeting and accounting documents and records; may assist as backup to payroll clerk when needed.  Three years of experience with accounting practices, bookkeeping, financial transaction record keeping and automated office systems and procedures required; prior municipal office experience preferred.

REHABILITATION SPECIALIST
Full Time, Benefited, Grant-Funded Position

Responsible for administrative, technical, and customer service work related to the
development, interpretation, and enforcement of all aspects of housing rehabilitation projects.  
Requires broad knowledge of building construction or housing rehabilitation or code enforcement plus 3-5 years experience in the supervision of building construction or design, including knowledge of accepted requirements of building construction, fire prevention, light, ventilation and safe egress.  Massachusetts Construction Supervisor’s license preferred.
Valid Driver’s license required.

GRANT PROGRAM ASSISTANT
Full Time, Benefited, Grant-Funded Position

Responsible for administrative duties related to grant activities for Town housing and commercial rehabilitation programs.  Associates Degree in related field and two years experience in building trades, property management or grant activities required;
public sector experience preferred.

Responsible for administrative duties related to developing, implementing and managing  programs and policies in energy efficiency and resource sustainability for municipal, commercial and residential sectors.  BA in environmental science or related field and two years experience in implementing energy management and sustainability programs; public sector experience preferred.
