Please observe the following when requesting vital records in person:
-Copies of vital records can be picked up at the Town Clerk's Office on  Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, except  holidays.


-Advance notice of 24 hours is required.
-Telephone (413) 772-1555, ext. 112.
-Certified copies are $10.00 each.
